Aloha, I'm Michelle Leigh
I'm a boutique studio owner, dance and fitness instructor, and women's wellness coach — and Rhythm & Flow Studio is the space I dreamed about for years before it existed.
This studio was born from a simple longing: to create a soft, welcoming place where women could move their bodies with joy instead of pressure, gather in real community, and feel genuinely seen. Whether you're a busy mama craving an hour that's just for you, or a fellow practitioner looking for a beautiful space to hold your own event, you are so warmly welcome here.
Every corner of this space was designed to feel like a sanctuary — warm lighting, natural textures, and room to breathe. It's more than a studio. It's a home for embodied movement, sisterhood, and everything that makes wellness feel like a lifestyle, not a chore.
Why Rhythm & Flow Exists
I built this studio for the woman who's tired of feeling like fitness has to be punishing to “count.” For the mother who hasn't had an hour to herself in weeks. For the woman in transition — new season, new body, new chapter — who wants to feel at home in herself again.
